Strawberry Rosso Jam

Yield: 1 small jar

Total Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

2 quarts strawberries

1/4 cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons red vermouth

Method

  1. Combine strawberries, sugar, and red vermouth in a medium pot. Bring jam to a simmer and cook until thickened 30 to 40 minutes.

  2. Serve jam on toasted buttered bread!
