2 oz vermouth
1/2 oz simple syrup
**Warm the cider, mix in vermouth and syrup and serve
4oz red wine
4 oz orange juice
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch clove
**Mix, warm (optional), serve
3 oz ginger-ale
1.5 oz pomegranate juice
1.5 oz lemon juice
1 oz bourbon
**Mix and serve over ice
