I am very happy to share my article and recipe about the ancient pasta,Testaroli that has been published today on @eatingwell Family Heritage section.

Learning to make it was its own unique experience so I hope I have made it easy enough for you fabulous cooks, chefs, pasta adventurers, and food lovers at home.

I have been on a testaroli journey since before my culinary study abroad trip to Italy in 2018. My mother spoke about it often, I experienced it first hand in my grandmothers village, and Dillon imported and gently tucked it into a hot pink gift bag for my birthday last year. It’s been a lovely adventure and one that keeps flourishing with more pasta experiences. I think EVERYONE should experience this unique pasta, Testaroli.
