Don’t get me wrong, I love a sweet bouquet and chocolate dessert. But when you’re looking to be a little more creative, you can share the love by making something together. Another thought— for your pals, make it a Galentine’s aperitif hour. It’s a chill way to spend the night in without spending exorbitant amounts of money. Whether you’re a wino (def sub in rosé here) or a mocktail person, get pouring the bubbly and pair it with a bowl of pasta, too!
What makes it a love bite?
It’s sweet but also a touch spicy from the red pepper flakes. Instead of adding ice to dilute the drink, I use frozen strawberries, which complement the Rosé. I like the orange for freshness and vanilla for a subtle fragrance.

Ingredients
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. crushed pepper
- 3-5 frozen strawberries
- juice of half an orange
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- Rose, chilled
Instructions
- Coat the side of a glass with honey. Combine sugar and pepper flakes. Coat glass in sugar and pepper flakes.
- In the glass combine frozen strawberries, orange, and vanilla. Pour rose over top.
