Hello there! Just letting you know that I am a new contributor to Simply Recipes and I could not be more excited to bring you delicious pasta recipes (for starters) with a little google searching. My first recipe assignment was to develop Penne alla vodka and I’ll be really honest… I don’t recall having ever made it before. However, I did eat it PLENTY growing up. Anytime we would dine out, have a party catered, ect. Penne alla Vodka was my sole request. And I sure received and ate my share to the point where I got sick of it.
